LOGIN OR INSTALLATION ERRORIf you you receive an error during login or during installation please check that you are entering your username, (email address), and password correctly. They are both case sensitive. We have noticed that most common issue is that customers forget that the first letter of their username is capitalized and they fail to enter it that way during installation.
Another issue that has been repprted is that ISPs have software in place that will cause problems during installation. We have also found that some users are able to access CUE Pro but unable to access the new Premium update. This is likely due to the ISP blocking the new app from streaming. If you are receiving an error we recommend connecting your firestick to your mobile hot spot to try logging in again. If you still continue getting an error we recommend contacting your internet provider. Yoy can ask them to remove any blocks from port 443 or deactivate any anti-virus software from your modem that may be preventing streaming.
RECORDING OPTIONS
Currently, we don't have any built in recording options with our apps. We will soon have a Catch Up feature that will allow you to watch any broadcast from the last five days. After five days those shows will no longer be available.
If you would like to set up recording on your own there are tutorials available on the internet about how to set up recording via external storage devices.
