INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUE PREMIUM
Please be aware that this version of the CUE app is only compatible with either a Firestick 4k Max or Firestick Lite.

1. From the Firestick home screen, in the search bar say or enter Downloader.

2. Install the Downloader app.

3. Once installed, open the Downloader app and when prompted select Allow.

4. In the Downloader search bar enter getcuetv.com and click GO.

5. When the CUE app file is finished downloading a settings button will appear. Click on it and it will direct you to the My Fire TV selection in the Firestick settings.

6. If the developer options aren't visible, click About and with the Fire TV Stick highlighted press the center button seven times. This will enable the developer options.

7. Click the back button then select Developer Options, then select install unknown apps and make sure that the Downloader is turned ON,

8. Press the Home button and navigate back to the Downloader app.

9. When the Downloader app reopens, the Status screen should be visible, click install. (Note: If the status screen isn't showing select the Files tab and select the CUE apk file.)

10. Once the white screen appears, click install in the bottom right corner.

11. When the app is done installing, click Open.

12. Choose Xstream Codes

13. Select Server Code and enter: 004

14. Enter your user name, (email address) and password. Please remember that they are both case sensitive.

15. Make sure you 'include VOD' is selected and click Next.

16. Enter playlist Name: CUE

17. Click Done.

18. Setup is complete. Happy streaming!

CUE PREMIUM UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS

1. In the menu on the far right left select Settings.

2. Select Playlist.

3. Scroll down to Update all Playlist.

4. Click Update all Playlist.

NAVIGATION TIPS FOR CUE PREMIUM
Move the CUE app to the home screen:

* To add the CUE app to the main screen of your Firesick, go to the application section, which is the three sqares and the plus sign.

* Navigate to the CUE app.

* Then long press the center button. (You can also use the hamburger button to move the icon if you prefer.)

* You can then move the app up to the top of the screen with your frequently used apps.


Add channels to favorites:

* With the channel highlighted, long press the center button or press the menu (hamburger) button and a menu will appear.

* Scroll down to Add to favorites and select it.

* You can access your favorites at the top of the channel catergories list.


Content search:

* To search all content categories within CUE Premium app navigate to the search at thetop of the left hand menu.

* Click on Search and when the bar appears say or enter your desired search term.

* Once you have selected your search term press next.

* This will bring up options across all categories.

* Make sure that you are in the search area when using the voice search. If you aren't, it will take you out of the CUE app;


Activate close captions:

* While you are watching a program press the menu (hamburger) button and a menu will appear across the bottom.

* Scroll over to the CC icon and select it to activate closed captions.


Multi-Screen mode:

* While you are watching a program press the menu (hamburger) button and a menu will appear across the bottom.

* Select the Multi-view icon and select it to activate multi-screen.

* Click the center select button to add a screen and repeat to add more.

* To exit the multi-screen mode hit the back button.
