INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUE PRO
1. From the Firestick home screen, in the search bar say or enter Downloader.

2. Install the Downloader app.

3. Once installed, open the Downloader app and when prompted select ALLOW.

4. In the Downloader search bar enter getcuepro.com and click GO.

5. When the CUE app file is finished downloading, a settings button will appear. Click on it and it direct you to My Fire TV section in the Firestick settings.

6. If the developer options aren't visible, click About and with the Fire TV Stick highlighted press the center button seven times, This will enable the developer options.

7. Click the back button when select Developer Options, the select install unknown apps and make sure Downloader is turned ON.
8. Press the Home button and navigate back to the Downloader app.

9. When the Downloader app reopens, the Status screen should be visible, click install. (Note: If the status screen isn't showing, select the Files tab and select CUE apk file.)

10. Once the white screen appears, click install in the bottom right corner.

11. When the app is done installing, click Open.

12. When the app opens, select your desired panel (Pro or Premium) based on the type of device you are using. ( Note: The Premium version will only work on a Firestick 4 K Max or a Firestick Lite. For all others devices please select Pro. Please be aware that when when you install the Pro version there is no difference between Pro and the Premium options as the content package is concerned.)

13. Enter your user name, (email address), and password. Please remember that they are both case sensitive.

14. Click Sign In. When you first login please select Allow to give CUE app permissions on your device.

15. Setup is complete. Happy Streaming!

HOW TO UPDATE CUE PRO
1. From the main dashboard select Settings in the lower right corner.

2. Then click on the CUE App tile in the upper left corner.

3. Select Check Update.

4. If an update is available it will show up in the dialog box.

NAVIGATION TIPS FOR CUE PRO
Move the CUE app to the home screen:

* To add CUE app to the main screen of your Firestick, go to the applications selection, which is the three squares and the plus sign.

* Navigate to the CUE app.

* Then press the center button. (You can also use the hamburger button to move the icon if you prefer.)

* You can then move the app up to the top of the screen with your frequently used apps.


Add favorites:

* Select the category Live TV, Movies, or TV series.

* With your selection highlighted, long press the center button and it will be added to your favorites.

* Once it is added to your favorites a star icon will appear in the upper right corner.

* To remove just follow the same procedure. Highlight the channel or movie with the star icon and long press the center button. This will remove it from your favorites.

* Once you have selected your favorites you can access them by selecting the home icon in the menu or by selecting the home icon in the menu or by selecting the heart icon in the upper right corner.

Global content search:

* To search all content categories within the CUE Pro app make sure that the search icon is selected from the main dash board in the upper left hand corner.

* Then highlight the search bar and press the center button to bring up the keyboard. (Make sure that the keyboard is displayed in order to use voice search.)

* Once you have selected your search term press next.

* This will bring up options across all categories.

* You can also search within the categories if you prefer.


Close captions and audio:

* To activate closed captions while you are watching a program press the select button on your remote and a menu will appear across the bottom of the screen. Scroll over to the CC icon and select it to activate closed captions.

* To choose the audio track press the select button and in the menu at the button select the music note and you can choose from the available audio tracks.


Multi-screen mode:

* To use the multi-screen funtion click the icon with the 4 rectaqngles located in the middle dashboard in the bottom left corner.

* To add a channel select the plus icon and choose your preferred channel.

* Then you can go to the rest of the screens and pick channels.

* The icon next to the plus sign will allow you to choose the screen layout.

* You can use the speaker icon to choose the feed that you would like to listen to.

* To exit the multi screen mode hit the back button and select yes to exit.


Back up favorite channels:

* Once you have selected your favorites, from the main menu on the left, go into CUE app settings (gear icon) in the lower left corner.

* Then selct backup and restore.

* The choose cloud backup. This will save all your preferences for your account.

* If you reinstall the app go back here and then choose restore from cloud.

* Please complete this process before reloading or reinstalling.
NOTE: This feature will not save recordings.
