MISSION STATEMENT
I have always been inspired by William Osler's quote, "We are here to add what we can to life, not to get what we from life." This quote has guided me throughout my life. Consequently, my website focuses on promoting companies and organizations that prioritize people over profits, while also highlighting the exceptional quality of our local Mom & Pop Shops.
I will be adding a page that will showcase these companies, organizations, and small businesses. Customer happiness refers to the level of loyalty and satisfaction that customers feel after interacting with the company's products, services, or team. It is the result of consistently meeting their needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
Happy customers are those who remain loyal to a business for an extended period. Additionally, client satisfaction and loyalty are closely linked, as customers who trust a business often promote its brand to their acquaintances. This serves as free advertising for small local businesses, companies, and organizations, benefiting all parties involved.
